Forgotten your password?

Forgotten your super secret password? Fear not, all is not lost. First, head over to the login page:

On the login page, there is a link which states 'Forgotten Password'. Click on this to be taken to another screen which will ask you for the username/email associated with the account you are trying to log in with.

Enter your email address, and we will email you with a new temporary password (providing we find an account for this email address).

Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive, and check any spam folder you have, should you still not receive anything.

Once you have the email, use the temporary password and included to log in. There are instruction included in the email.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be asked to set up a new password, which will be used going forward.
